Service Description

The Bronze consultation is designed to support those that are confident in following recommendations and have some previous knowledge of healthy lifestyle and diet habits. This consultation includes a one off 60-90 minute private consultation and the evaluation of your completed online questionnaire, food diary, previous test results from your GP or specialist. I take a full case history to enable me to asses any underlying health conditions in order to find the root cause of your symptoms. You will receive a comprehensive plan including, dietary changes, supplements, lifestyle, and any further testing recommendations if necessary. A follow up 30 minute appointment in approximately 4-6 weeks may be necessary to discuss any test results and any alterations that may need to be made to your plan. This can be done through the 20 minute follow up session bookable on the website. 10% Discount is offered, for life, on supplements purchased through Health Naturally subject to a quarterly review..
