An initial 60-90 minute consultation will take place after which you will receive an easy to read and fully explained plan to support your individual needs to include dietary, lifestyle, testing and supplement recommendations. A follow-up appointment of 30 minutes will be scheduled after I receive your test results in order to alter your initial plan according to your results for maximum benefit and enhanced support. If you do not need any further testing then a follow-up appointment will be scheduled to check that you are on the right track and achieving results as expected. Messages will be answered once per week via my online website message service in case you have any questions in the mean time.
