Gold Support 4 Month Health Package

Service Description

The Gold package is an extra support package over a four month period. The Gold package consists of four consultations on Zoom, facetime or phone and weekly check-ins by email. An initial 60 - 90 minute consultation will take place which will include a discussion with you regarding your aims and individual requirements. An in-depth health history will be taken and your completed online questionnaire and 5 day diet diary will be evaluated prior to our first call. Any previous test results from your GP or specialist will also be evaluated. This enables me to get up to speed with any previous investigations. I will then be able to make recommendations for any further testing that may be beneficial. After each consultation you will receive an easy to read support plan to include explanations, dietary, supplement, testing and lifestyle recommendations. I will explain in the consultations how your body is working and why you may be having certain symptoms. This will give you a better understanding of how to get back to optimal health and prevent any further problems in the future. Three 30-minute follow-up consultations can be booked during the four month period (generally in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th month). You can email me once per week for up to 4 months from the initial consultation for support to achieve maximum results. Most testing can be done from the comfort of your own home to avoid any unnecessary stress and travelling for you. Tests are not included in the package and are payable directly to the testing company who generally offer an interest free payment plan.
